Challenge: A K-12 EdTech startup needed a custom LMS that could replace their patchwork of Zoom, Google Classroom, and manual WhatsApp homework management with a unified, scalable platform handling live and async learning simultaneously.
What We Built: Full LMS with live class infrastructure (WebRTC, 500 concurrent learners), course creation studio, SCORM-compatible content delivery, adaptive assessment engine, automated progress reports for parents, and an iOS/Android app. Built on microservices architecture to support multi-tenant school onboarding.
